Pete is an embedded systems engineer with a flair for both precision and creativity. After graduating from the University of Southampton with a Master’s degree in Electronics and Computer Systems, he jumped straight into life at 42T, building smart, reliable systems from the ground up.
From PCB design to embedded Linux and DevOps pipelines, Pete’s been hands-on with it all. He’s especially proud of helping develop the embedded software for a washing machine attachment that filters out microplastics, bringing clever tech into everyday homes.
Life outside work
When he’s not immersed in code or circuits, Pete’s probably on stage. He sings with the Cambridge Philharmonic Choir & Orchestra and is a keen performer in musical and theatrical productions. He also regularly plays Dungeons & Dragons with friends scattered across the country, because good storytelling never hurts, even in engineering.
