Lawrence is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Senior Consultant at 42T, with an MEng from the University of Leeds. Since joining 42T in 2019, Lawrence has worked across the medical, industrial, and consumer sectors, with a recent focus on innovation in the food and beverage industry.
He specialises in driving innovation within existing production environments, envisioning future-ready processes, identifying cross-industry technology opportunities, and aligning client goals with sustainability and efficiency targets. Lawrence combines Lean Six Sigma methodology with a deep understanding of Net Zero principles to deliver practical, impactful improvements.
A recent project highlight includes leading a team to reimagine a century-old production process, unlocking new opportunities through a combination of cutting-edge and emerging technologies.
Life outside work
He once ran every road in Cambridge (yes, all of them), and when he’s not out running or working through a production challenge, he’s probably planning his next exploration, on foot or through a factory line.
