Martin is a Principal Consultant at 42T with over 25 years of experience developing innovative medical devices, particularly in the pharmaceutical and drug delivery sectors. With a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Munster Technology University in Cork, Martin brings deep technical expertise combined with a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex development programmes.
He has worked across all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to manufacture, and has led numerous projects delivering novel injection and delivery systems. Martin also has extensive experience in technical due diligence, providing expert insight into product and project viability.
A skilled communicator and collaborator, he excels at aligning teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in regulated environments.
Life outside work
Outside of work, Martin enjoys rolling up his sleeves for hands-on DIY projects. His passion for woodworking has led to everything from handmade garden fences to a bespoke ottoman bed build, always with craftsmanship at the core.
