Camille is the Recruitment Administrator at 42T, where she manages the full hiring journey, from defining roles and interviewing candidates to onboarding new team members. With a BA (Hons) in Education Studies and a background in publishing, Camille brings strong communication and organisation skills to her role in HR.
Since joining 42T, Camille has played a key role in recruiting talented individuals who have helped drive the company’s growth. She’s also involved in HR operations, supporting a welcoming and efficient experience for candidates and employees alike. She is particularly passionate about process improvement and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
Life outside work
Outside of work, Camille has a rich background in competitive powerlifting, having held multiple British records and a European squat record. A former member of the British team, she even had the opportunity to meet Arnold Schwarzenegger during a competition event. These days, she enjoys singing and continuing to challenge herself in new ways.
