Dan is Head of Engineering Technology at 42T, where he focuses on developing the technical capabilities of the engineering team and ensuring consistently high standards across projects. With over a decade at 42T, he brings deep experience in innovation strategy, concept development, and end-to-end product and manufacturing solutions.
Dan has particular expertise in fluidic systems, manufacturing innovation, and technical review, especially within the food and beverage sector. His work spans everything from packaging and dispense technologies to system design for consumables and manufacturing lines.
He is passionate about mentoring, engineering leadership, and delivering technically sound, commercially valuable outcomes.
Life outside work
When not in the office, Dan enjoys long-distance hiking and once spent a sabbatical walking 1600 miles of the Pacific Crest Trail.
