Oliver is a Consultant at 42T with a First-Class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. With a strong foundation in product development, CAD, and engineering testing, he brings practical insight and analytical rigour to every stage of the design process.
Oli has worked across a wide range of sectors, from medical devices and pharmaceutical manufacturing to industrial printing and fermentation systems. His experience includes project management, tolerance analysis, design for manufacture and performance verification in regulated environments, including ISO13485 frameworks using Six Sigma principles.
He has a particular interest in healthcare technology, and his published article on circular design and reusability in the NHS reflects his passion for more sustainable medical innovation.
Life outside work
When he’s not designing or testing something, Oli’s usually on the move, running, cycling, or on a squash court. He’s always up for learning new skills and tricks. but his favourite place to be? Somewhere snowy with a snowboard strapped to his feet.
