Oliver is an Engineer at 42T with a First-Class Master’s degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick. He brings hands-on experience in process optimisation, product development, and technical project delivery across the automotive, marine, and trade sectors.
Before joining 42T, Oliver contributed to the commissioning of a high-value radar antenna PCBA production line at ZF Group and led hardware integration at Kinver Canopies to streamline bespoke manufacturing. He specialises in design for manufacture (DFM), lean process improvement, and simulation using tools such as SolidWorks and Fusion 360.
A standout achievement includes leading a team to design, build, and race a human-powered submarine, earning an innovation award for its vectored propulsion system.
Life outside work
Outside of work, Oliver is all about adventure, from squash to scuba diving and everything in between.
