Alex is an electronics consultant with hands-on experience across a wide range of industries, from high-pressure subsea systems to medical diagnostics and production automation. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Warwick and has worked in both in-house R&D and consultancy roles, gaining a reputation for delivering practical, well-engineered solutions, fast.
His recent work has focused on medical technologies, including drug delivery devices, continuous glucose monitors, and sleep apnoea diagnostics. With a strong foundation in thermal control, low-power sensing, and electronic design for manufacture, Alex combines technical depth with agile problem-solving.
Life outside work
Outside of work, Alex is a keen tabletop gamer, miniature painter, traveller, photographer and a former regional long and triple jumper who’s still an enthusiastic runner.
